Our Services

School Services

Are you trying to determine what tools to use for students who need accessible material? Are you looking at assisting staff and students with Universal Design for Learning (UDL) or needing to determine specific Assistive Technology (AT) tools for students who have a 504 plan or Individual Education Plan (IEP)? Accessible Strategies can help assist in the process.

What We Do

The school district will get a personalized consultation working with staff and students to provide recommendations for various AT tools and learning strategies to best match the specific need. The consultation process will provide ways for implementing the tools into the tasks and settings. Along with determining a recommendation for teams or specific students, you can also access my services by phone.

  • Initial Consultation - $0

Your first consultation is complimentary.  We want to get to know you, and your specific needs.  All initial consultations are done via phone or online meeting.

  • On-Site Consultation - $70/hour

We will come to your location and consult with staff or students as needed.  Travel time, expenses and incidentals will be billed separately.

  • On-Going Consultation - $50/hour

We will continue to consult with your staff and/or students via phone or online meeting.

  • Contract Options

For each engagement, we will create a contract and detail the scope and expectations.  We offer one-time, monthly and annual agreements.

Individual Services

Have you received an outside assessment on Assistive Technology (AT) strategies to use, but don’t know where to begin?
Accessible Strategies can train you on ways to implement the use of tools with everyday tasks and instruction.

What We Do

Our AT private training is a one-on-one training session for a student and/or parent. As our client, you will be instructed on ways to implement technology into your daily tasks or school work. These sessions will focus on the features of a program to address specific individualized needs, tasks and environments.
